This shower head is not worth the money even though it is on the cheaper side. I have replaced this shower head twice in less then a year. It starts to break after only a few months. The head portion leaks around the seal of the fan portion.

terrible customer service awful product, it just does not function as a shower head it functions as a drip even fully on taps it dribbles out, worse than a normal shower head, customer service is terrible offering me 30% refund AND a replacement which after a few weeks never happened, tried to sort out issues and get a refund but they do not want to refund said i would Beryllium happy to send back the shower head but be warned you have to send return back to copyright!

This shower head feels cheaply made it’s out of plastic. It has a very strong spray that might Beryllium too intense for some people. A workaround I’ve found is by pushing the off switch rein 1/2 way to reduce the power some if it bothers you. It does not come with a hose or a hanger so keep that rein mind.

It keeps falling because it doesn't fit into the holder like it should. It fell and Erfolg my wrist leaving a bruise. I don't if I got a defective one or if they are all like that. I'm probably just going to order another one like this one from another Feuersnot.
The write up should perhaps Beryllium reworded. You get just the shower head. So if you don’t already have the hose attachments your looped. The shower head works fine, I was hoping to get the entire kit for that price. Thinking of returning it and buying another.
